Safer Communities Award Presentation

After a five year wait due to COVID and renovations to the Legion building, we finally presetned the Wofville Legion with the Safer Communities Award for removing VLTs from their building and creating a vibrant community space whcih now has 10 times the number of members, and creates opportunities for local organizations and citizens to share and celebrate!
Thanks to Wolfville Mayor Jodi MacKay and MLA Julie Vanexan for attending and sharing their support for the Legion’s new direction!
Wolfville Legion president Paul Murphy accepted the award from Bruce Dienes, chair of GRINS.
