Acadia Entrepreneurship Centre LogoFor more than 20 years the Acadia Entrepreneurship Centre (AEC)  has teamed up with people, groups, educational institutions and communities possessing the initiative and desire to fulfill their entrepreneurial potential.

Income from VLTs has been dropping by about 17% a year, and so these are “Revenues at Risk”.  What are alternative revenue options?

KCAGoG partnered with the AEC to develop a half-day workshop is designed to provide you with an understanding of the new market and product opportunities that will allow you to consider replacing gambling revenue in your business. The workshop was held in winter 2014 and the materials, including the Powerpoint with voice-overs and the Workbook are available for download below.

Based on the Ansoff Matrix, the workshop reviewed market penetration, market development, product development and diversification. A booklet with activities and resources can assist you in looking at alternatives to grow your business.

The Powerpoint is almost 50MB to download, due to the audio component. The Powerpoint is a continuous narration, but you will need to stop from time to time to do exercises. To stop in the middle of a slide, press the left arrow key on your keyboard. To start again, press the right arrow key.  Use the Powerpoint to get detailed instructions as to how to use the Workbook.
